I love fractals. Good one here. Actually I looked up the software mentioned here (UltraFractal) and was hoping to pirate a copy but couldn't find any active torrents.

This reminds me profoundly of a few years ago when my son had dedicated himself to classical piano and had performed (in concert) pieces like Clair de Lune (Debussy) and Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto. It touches something deep within you.

This is a great video of the pianist. Notice the tenderness and movement of the fingers that float like a butterfly and the trance-like state he is in without watching his hands. I'm interested in the black bag that he picked up and through back ...…

It's not odd or out of place to be posting music here on RG. To me it's a healing vibration that stimulates a higher level of resonance to the divine. db

Basically, this shows a rather deficient understanding of what the Bible actually teaches...and in that it's slightly funny.

THE FRIDAY LITERARY SOCIETY

I stared at the Mexicana Airlines clerk in the city of Veracruz in a slight state of shock and momentary disbelief. She had just informed me that somehow my reservation for tomorrow afternoon’s flight from Mexico City to San Francisco ‘se perdió’, had ‘gotten lost’, and neither was my connecting morning flight from Veracruz to the capital on her computer screen. ‘Se perdió’ did not mean that someone, or something, such as the computer in front of this smiling clerk, had lost my reservation. It h… Continue

Gordon buddy, you had sent me a friend request with a very complimentary message quite some time ago.
See I don't normally accept those requests because it allows members to spam invitations to other networks and such. Nothing personal, I just am so busy as it is :)
Anywho, if you would be so kind, may I use your compliment as a sort of testimonial for the site? We have a Testimonials Group you are welcome to join and post at as well: http://www.redefinegod.com/group/testimonials

Roman, I agree with you - just because I know with every fiber of my being that Jesus Christ lives is not offered as proof that he does and just because science has not discovered everything is not a reason to put faith in God. I desire to give my…

The point of this posting is that science is investigating if it is possible, for something called individual consciousness to leave the body during the initial periods of clinical death and then return to the body upon bodily resusitation? Roman,…

Yes, Roman, I took this to be a deeper look into that exact phenomena. My guess is that there is activity going one. Decay itself it activity as well, so to say there is NO activity is incorrect/ I"m from the Quantum Mind school, where the all the…

There's a little flaw in your argument, dear mr. Kozlowski. These aren't Kernel's words, he just pasted them here. These words are from dr. Sam Parnia, M.D., Ph.D., MRCP, Honorary Senior Research Fellow, University of Southampton; Fellow, Pulmonary…

David Bee You say "The Bible is only scientifically implausible due to incorrect interpretations". I agree. And as has been discussed endlessly on this site, a fabricational compilation by so called early church fathers who cherry-picked and colour…

thanks. sweetguy she's taught me a lot. I have a heart of a pentacostle poet and a analytical side of an asperger geek, i'm not so sure if this is a blessing or a curse. I suppose Laughter is the best cure sometimes...:D And Beer..Don't forget beer.…

No problem. John, this is a hard topic to say the least is it not. You and I and others here are confronted with a field of understanding that looks at the brain like a glorified Cuccoo clock. This nonsense is really what I am trying to dig into. If…

Hi David, I did not mean to confont, challenge or confuse you. I was simply trying to suggest that the brain is the seat of the Conscious Self - not the seat of God and that there are medical conditions of the brain (I believe) that science and reli…

DT, when you say "...the brain needs to be treated like the temple of God", slow down. How about the temple of the Self (Soul). If there is a god, perhaps the brain is the drivers seat that will help us get there. I might ask why did you even leave…
